Some years back I was seeing someone who from the very beginning I figured was maybe not the best fit to be with. As weeks passed it became clear that that I was right. I happened to have this outline of a tune minus the words and some melody. So once the relationship ran its course I had this framework of a song waiting, which was nice to be able to throw some thoughts and feelings into. On the music side of things I'm quite proud of it.
